Inside the CE.D driver Screener
CE.D does not advertise your vacancy. You post the job where you always have, and we take over the moment someone answers it. This page walks through the questions the chatbot asks a driver and who signs the shortlist off.
How your requirements reach the chatbot
CE.D places no adverts and buys no media. The job is yours to post, the applications it produces are what we work on, and the brief you give us is what they get measured against.
Your advert, your channels
The posting stays under your own name, wherever you choose to place it. CE.D never appears on it. What reaches us is the applications it generates.
The brief becomes a question set
Licence class, CPC expiry, tacho card, route type, start date, depot. Each requirement you hand over turns into a question the Screener has to get an answer to before it will call anyone screened.
Every applicant is measured against it
The chatbot does not judge whether someone is any good. It establishes which of your requirements an applicant actually meets, in their own language, and records the answer that proves it.
What the chatbot asks a driver
Applications against your advert arrive at odd hours and most of them are incomplete. The Screener starts the conversation anyway, in the applicant's language, and works through your eligibility requirements one at a time. Pick a module to read the exchange it produces.

Who signs off a shortlist
A recruiter approves every shortlist the Screener produces. Partly that is regulatory, since the EU AI Act treats recruitment as high-risk. Mostly it is practical. A chatbot is good at collecting facts and bad at judging whether someone will still be with you in a year.
